Everyone on a team can turn a shared Xpansion or Macro on or off for themselves with the Enabled checkbox. It only changes your own device and stays that way when you reload.
Roles show how many shared libraries each role gets. Click the number to see them, Xpansions and Macros side by side.

Removing a role also removes everyone who has it from the team.
Reload buttons only appear once you are in a team.
Select all and Deselect all in a role’s Libraries list each take half the row.

Team roles with their own shared libraries, add members by email, and a team library that only syncs when you ask.

Roles. Admins and Managers can create roles in Settings → Team, rename or remove them, and choose which shared libraries each role receives. Admin and Manager are fixed and always receive the whole library.
Add members by email from Profiles. They join the team with the role you picked as soon as they activate JAST, even if they don’t have it yet.
Leave a team from Settings → Team. You can rejoin later.
Admins and Managers can delete a team from the Danger Zone at the bottom of Settings → Team.
Reload buttons beside Groups on the Xpansions and Macros pages and beside Categories in Settings fetch the latest team library.
Typing a trigger that a shared group and one of your own both use shows a red Keyword conflict notice instead of doing nothing.
Macro groups have a default prefix, set in the New group and Edit group dialogs like Xpansion groups. A shared macro group’s prefix can now be changed.
Auto-collapse sidebar in Settings → Application. Turn it off to keep the sidebar open for Kanban boards, checklists and Settings → Team.

Share text expansion snippets with your team from a shared library, and add images and links to rich Xpansions.
New
Teams. Share Xpansion groups with everyone on your team from one shared library. In Settings → Team, create a team or ask to join one with its admin’s email. Members are Admin, Manager or Staff.
Admins and Managers approve join requests and manage members under Profiles. Team library lists every shared group.
Share a group with your team from the group’s menu. Shared groups carry a team badge and use \ as their default prefix. Staff can use shared groups but not edit them.
Unshare a group from the same menu to make it personal again. It keeps its current default prefix.
The team library syncs to every device as soon as it is activated, then every few minutes and whenever you switch back to JAST.
A shared group whose name you or your team already use arrives as “Name 2”, so nothing is overwritten.
If a shared trigger matches one of your own, neither expands until one is changed.
Shared groups can be up to 4 MB, enough for Xpansions with images.
Rich Xpansions can include images. Use the photo button, or paste or drop an image in. Click an image to resize it by its corner handle or the arrow keys.
Add links with the link button or Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac), on selected text or an image.
An Xpansion that is only an image goes on the clipboard as a real image, at its resized width.

Group editing fixes and a clearer expired license screen.

Renaming a group after Clear all data no longer fails with “Something went wrong saving your changes.”
A failed group save now shows its error in a banner, instead of under the Default prefix field where it looked like the prefix was wrong.

Check now only appears when JAST needs to reconnect to confirm your license, not when the server has already answered.

The Xpansions page says “Xpansion” everywhere it used to say “snippet”.
