Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a JAST purchase can be refunded and what happens when it is. It is part of our Terms of Service by reference; where the two differ on refunds, this page controls.

  • Monthly plan: cancel anytime; no refund for the remainder of an already-paid month.
  • Yearly plan: refundable within 30 days of activation.
  • Past 30 days, a Yearly purchase is non-refundable.
  • An approved Yearly refund ends access immediately and cancels future renewals.

1. Monthly plan

A Monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund any part of a billing period you have already paid for, including a partial or unused portion of the current month.

2. Yearly plan

A Yearly subscription is refundable if you request it within 30 days of the date your license was first activated on a device. Requests made after that 30-day window are not eligible for a refund; your subscription remains active and will keep renewing until you cancel it.

An approved refund is issued to your original payment method and takes effect immediately: access to JAST's paid features is blocked as soon as the refund is approved, all active device activations are released, and any future renewal of that subscription is cancelled. This is not a delayed cancellation: unlike a normal cancellation, where you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, a refund ends access right away because the payment it was for has been returned.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund on an eligible Yearly subscription, send us a message through our Contact page under the “Billing & refunds” topic, from the email address your license is registered to. Include your license key if you have it: it is the fastest way for us to confirm your activation date and process the request.

4. Refund rights required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that the law applicable to you requires and that cannot be waived by contract. Where such a law gives you a right this policy does not, we will honor the law.
